Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.cocochoco.com.pl

The online store www.cocochoco.com.pl is operated by Ewelina Moroz Euphoria, located at 3 Maja Street 14, 37-420 Rudnik Nad Sanem, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6020091233.

Definitions:

1. Client – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity by specific provisions, placing an order in the Store.
2. Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended).
3. Terms and Conditions – this document outlining the rules of using the online store's services.
4. Online Store – the service available at www.cocochoco.com.pl, enabling the Client to place orders.
5. Goods – products presented in the Store.
6. Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between Ewelina Moroz Euphoria and the Client via the Store.
7. Consumer Rights Act – the Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).
8. Order – the Client's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying the type and quantity of Goods.

General Provisions:

1. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules of using the Online Store available at www.cocochoco.com.pl.
2. The Online Store is operated by Ewelina Moroz Euphoria.
3. These Terms and Conditions, in particular, define:
   • the rules for registering and using an account in the Store;
   • the terms and conditions for electronic reservation of products available in the Store;
   • the terms and conditions for placing electronic Orders in the Store;
   • the rules for concluding Sales Agreements using services provided by the Store.

Rules of Using the Store:

1. Purchasing Goods requires registration in the Store.
2. Information provided on the Store's website, including descriptions and prices of Goods, constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
3. Orders are placed using the form available on the Store's website.
4. The Client accepts these Terms and Conditions and consents to the processing of their personal data.
5. The Store ensures appropriate technical safeguards to protect the Client's data.

Procedure for Concluding a Sales Agreement:

1. To conclude a contract, the Client selects Goods on the Store's website and adds them to the cart.
2. The Client may modify the Order until it is confirmed by clicking the "Place Order" button.
3. During the ordering process, the Client is required to provide the following personal data:
   • first and last name / company name,
   • delivery address,
   • email address,
   • contact phone number,
   • Tax Identification Number (NIP) if requesting a VAT invoice.
4. After placing the Order, the Client receives an email confirming the Order.
5. The Sales Agreement is concluded upon receiving the Order confirmation.

Delivery:

1. Delivery costs are added to the Order and displayed in the Order summary.
2. Delivery is available within Poland and selected countries.
3. The delivery time is up to 3 business days within Poland and up to 5 business days abroad.
4. Delivery costs:
   • DPD (prepayment): 15 PLN (Poland), 99 PLN (abroad).
   • DPD (cash on delivery): 15 PLN (Poland).

Withdrawal from the Agreement:

1. Clients who are consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
2. To withdraw, the Client must send a statement to the email address: info@cocochoco.com.pl.
3. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal date.
4. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned Goods.

Complaints:

1. Clients may submit complaints regarding defects in Goods or their non-compliance with the contract.
2. Complaints should be sent to the email address: info@cocochoco.com.pl.
3. The Store reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt.
4. The cost of returning a defective product is refunded if the complaint is acknowledged.

Privacy Policy:

1. The Client consents to the processing of their personal data to fulfill Orders.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
3. Clients have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data.
4. The Store uses cookies for statistical purposes and to facilitate website usage.

Final Provisions:

1. All content on the Store's website is protected by copyright.
2. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
3. These Terms and Conditions may be amended, and the Client will be notified by email.
